Genetic and Bioengineering Students Presented Their Projects at the R&D Project Market
Students from the Department of Genetic and Bioengineering at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University Sılanur Özer, İpek Nur Şahinci, Meryem Hemyereva, and Onur Tulay qualified to present a poster after successfully passing the preliminary evaluation in the Ali Kuşçu Idea Category at the R&D Project Market. Their idea project, titled “Emulsion Templating-Based MXene–Biopolymer Composite Purification System,” was prepared under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Enes Durgut.
During the event, our students had the opportunity to present their project to academics, industry representatives, and other participants through a poster presentation. The project aims to develop a functional composite material production system with a controlled porous structure by utilizing bacterial nanocellulose and MXene.
