Students are required to read the announcements published on the faculty page and comply with the specified dates.
It is mandatory for students to read the "Rafet Kayış Engineering Faculty Internship General Principles" (rafet-kayis-muhendislik-fakultesi-staj-genel-esaslari) document before their internship. Our faculty's student affairs and internship commission will not answer any questions about the issues explained in the document in question.

Before the internship;
1. Students must determine the date range in which they can do their internship according to the date range determined by the faculty.
2. Students must fill out the "Internship Acceptance Application form" (fr-010-müh-staj-kabulü-başvuru-formu-kurum-dışı-ing) announced on the faculty page and also shared below.

3. All information in the internship cover letter (including the stamped and signed approval of the workplace where the internship will take place) should be submitted in three copies to the faculty's student affairs. At this stage, the signatures of the department head and the internship commission chairman/member are not required. Students must submit the document with a stamp and wet signature from the workplace where he/she will do the internship. (NOTE: A scanned (PDF) version of the document signed and stamped by the internship place will also be accepted.)
4. After the internship commission carries out the necessary review, it delivers the documents to the dean's office with the signatures of the department head and the internship commission chair/member.
After the internship;
1. Intern students are required to prepare separate “scorecards” (puantaj-ve-açıklaması_1.pdf) for each month of their internship and send them electronically and in PDF format to muhendislik.staj@alanya.edu.tr at the end of each month and at the end of the internship, within three (3) days at the latest.

2. Additionally, the original scorecard needs to be brought the "Rafet Kayış Engineering Faculty Secretariat" as soon as possible either in person or by mail (not e-mail).
3. In order for Internship Evaluations to be carried out, the Internship Notebook (Staj Defteri) and Internship Evaluation Form must (staj_değerlendirme_formu.pdf) be submitted. These two documents must be submitted within a month after the "Fall Term Classes Start" date specified in the academic calendar.

4. Therefore, at the end of the internship, the Scorecard must be sent both by e-mail and in the original in person to the faculty secretariat immediately.
